Normal isn't the goal. Optimal is.
Most health checks ask one question: are you ill yet? We think that's the wrong question.
We test 112 biomarkers, read every result against two ranges, and a doctor explains what it means for you, while the numbers are still easy to change.
Welcome to Markwell. Preventive health, measured properly. Book your baseline, link in bio.

5.6% sounds fine. Your report will even say so.
HbA1c is your average blood sugar over the last three months. 5.7% is where prediabetes starts, so 5.6% is normal on paper and one step from a diagnosis.
The good news: it's one of the most movable numbers you have. A 10-minute walk after meals, fibre before carbs and a proper night's sleep all help.
Save this for your next blood test.

One morning. Ten minutes. 112 markers.
That's all a baseline takes: one blood draw at home or at a partner clinic. Then a doctor walks you through every result within about 72 hours.

Post 04Educate · Myth vs fact
"I feel fine, so I'm fine." We hear it every week.
Blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure usually change without a single symptom. By the time you feel something, the change has often been building for years.
Feeling fine is great. Knowing you're fine is better.

Post 05Value tip · Tips list
Four small things that make your blood test more accurate:
1. Fast for 10 to 12 hours. Water is fine.
2. Drink water the evening before and that morning. Easier draw, cleaner sample.
3. Skip hard training for 24 hours. It can raise muscle and liver markers.
4. Book a morning slot. Cortisol and testosterone run highest early in the day.
Save this, and send it to someone with a test coming up.

Sunny country. Low vitamin D anyway.
It's one of the results we flag most often. Indoor days, sunscreen, skin tone and city living all play a part.
Vitamin D supports bone, muscle and immune health, and it's easy to fix once you know. Guessing isn't a plan: test first, then supplement if you need to.

A result without an explanation is just a number.
Every Markwell report is signed off by a doctor, and every baseline comes with a 30-minute consultation. We go through each marker, what it means for you and what to do first.

The cholesterol number your routine test probably skips.
ApoB counts the particles that carry cholesterol into your artery walls. Many cardiologists now see it as a sharper read on heart risk than LDL alone, yet most basic panels leave it out.
It's in every Markwell baseline. Save this and ask about it at your next check-up.
